Recordari is a product of Binary Soup Software Ltd (in formation), a company being incorporated in England and Wales. In this policy "we", "us", and "our" refer to Binary Soup Software Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect and why

At this stage, the only personal data we collect is your email address, submitted when you join our interest list. We use this solely to notify you when Recordari is available and to send occasional product updates. We will not use it for any other purpose without asking you first.

The lawful basis for this processing is consent - you provided your email address voluntarily. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us directly.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or until we close the interest list. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your email address promptly.

Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party services, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Loops (loops.so) - our email platform, which stores and sends emails on our behalf. Loops processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Vercel - our hosting provider. When you visit recordar.io, Vercel processes your IP address and request data in order to serve the site. We also use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool that collects aggregated, anonymised traffic data only - no personal data is retained.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with any other third parties.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics, which we use to understand site traffic, is cookieless and does not store any information on your device.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Restrict how we process your data
• Portability - receive your data in a portable format
