Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 user, 500 live nodes, 1,000 archive nodes, and 3 workspace API keys. No credit card required.

What counts as a node?

Each time your agent files a memory, that creates one node. Revising or connecting existing memories doesn't create new ones.

What happens when I hit my live node limit?

You'll get a warning at 80% of your limit. At 100%, new memory writes will fail. You can free up space by deleting old memories, or upgrade your plan for a higher limit.

Can I share a workspace with my team?

Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 3 users with 10 workspace API keys; the Team plan supports up to 15 users with 20 workspace API keys for agents, CI, and integrations.

Are my memories private?

Yes. Workspace isolation is enforced at the database layer - not just application logic. Your memories are only accessible with your API keys.

Can I export my data?

The Team and Enterprise plans include full audit log export (JSON or CSV). The Pro plan includes a basic audit log viewable in the dashboard.

What MCP clients does Recordari work with?

Any client that supports the Model Context Protocol: Claude Code, Claude.ai, ChatGPT with MCP support, or any custom MCP client.

How do I cancel?
